ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 days  to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days  to let you know your order is on the way!

 

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days using USPS, FedEX, or UPS*. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $45.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Orders are generally shipped within 8-20 days for international shipping. Expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.*

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Whimsydew Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

*Note: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of my control. These include holiday delays, service delays due to inclement weather or pandemic, etc.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on international orders.

For domestic orders, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@whimsydew.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
